With 41 years of experience in estate agency and property valuation, Tom has spent the last 33 years helping clients in Girvan, Ayrshire, and beyond. He takes pride in providing clear advice and building strong, trusting relationships, believing that people do business with people—an ethos that inspired him to establish his own agency in August 2020. An Associate Member of RICS and a Registered Valuer, Tom combines his extensive estate agency experience with professional valuation and survey services, offering clients expert guidance every step of the way.
Maisy Crowhurst
Sales Negotiator
Maisy is a dedicated part of our team who plays a key role in guiding customers through property viewings and helping them find the perfect place to call home. Known for her warm, approachable manner, Maisy genuinely loves meeting new customers and takes pride in supporting them at every stage of their property journey. In addition to conducting viewings, Maisy negotiates offers and is actively involved in progressing sales through to completion. Her clear communication, attention to detail, and commitment to positive outcomes help ensure a smooth and reassuring experience for both buyers and sellers. Living locally herself, Maisy brings first-hand knowledge of the community she serves. She loves both working and living in the area, and her strong connection to the neighbourhood enriches her ability to match clients with homes that truly fit their needs. When she’s not out and about showing properties, Lizzie is busy handling offers, arranging appointments, and progressing sales through to completion.
