Red Book valuations are professional reports, recognised as the gold standard of property valuations and can only be carried out by surveyors accredited to the RICS and the Valuer Registration Scheme.
Red Book valuations are particularly required when dealing with HMRC, financial institutions, local authorities and formal legal matters.
